What Additional Triggered Messages can I send?
What Additional Triggered Messages can I send?
In conjunction with our Triggered Email and SMS modules, you can send additional communications to customers who have recently shown interest in products that have changed in price or stock levels:
- Price Drop – Notify customers when prices have dropped on products they’ve recently browsed. The price boundaries are completely customizable, for example, only send when prices drop more than 5% and/or more than £10
- Back in stock – Boost customer loyalty and return to site rates by contacting customers when products that were out of stock when they browsed them are back in stock.
- Low stock – Automatically create urgency when stock levels of a product are running low. By leveraging Product Variants, this can be as granular as the size and color of the item.

Through Fresh Relevance you are able to import segments from your external platforms. This could for example be a list of your loyalty scheme members, or a high value segment defined in your ESP.
In order to import segments you will also need access to our Data Import module.
To setup an import segment:
- On the left hand navigation click on Data and Segments
- In the top left click Create Segment
- Click the Import option and then Create Segment
- On the Import tab, select the relevant import channel. If you need any assistance setting up an import channel please reach out to [email protected]
- Once your channel is selected, additional configuration options may appear based on the selected channel. Please refer to the help text against specific options for any further information.
- On the Options tab, give your segment a name and optionally an expiry and deletion. This is particularly handy for repeated imports.
- Click Save and then Generate Segment
You can then analyze and target your segments the same way as any behavioral segments you’ve created.
