Introducing our new Visitor Details page, an updated version of our Shopper Details page. The new Visitor Details page offers a better, modernized user experience and additional functionality, which means you can benefit from an improved understanding of each visitor’s journey.

What’s new
Visitors Detail Page
We’ve refreshed the Visitor Details Page to make it easier for you to use, and we’ve added the following upgrades:
- A new visitors info panel displayed on every page that gives you an overview of the visitor, including name, email address, IDs, opt-in status and location.
- Expandable panels to view and/or adjust the information visible for that visitor, as well as their control group allocation and experiences they are on.
- A new analytics tab to provide summary data about that visitor’s browsing and purchase history, including lifetime order value, average order value, abandoned order value, products browsed value, top browsed products, and top purchased products.
- A redesigned audit log to make it easier to view each visitor’s history.
- A redesigned devices info field to make it easier to read and understand.
Visitors Report and Current Sessions
You can also benefit from a refreshed, easier to use Visitors Report and Current Sessions that now include the following additions:
Visitors Report
- The Visitors Report is now a tab on the Visitor History Page and has been renamed to Finished Sessions.
- New columns have been added to give you a quick view of key data points, including location, purchased value, device type, and last seen SmartBlock.
- A datepicker has been introduced so you can now select the time range you want to see sessions for.
- Filters have been added to help you find sessions of interest, including identified visitors, device type, whether they were in a control group, and which experiences they were in.
Current Sessions
- Current Sessions is now a tab on the Visitor History Page and has been renamed to Live Sessions.
- New columns have been added to give you a quick view of key data points, including purchase value, browsed value, device type, last seen SmartBlock, and viewed items.
- Filters have been added to help you find the live sessions of interest, including identified visitors, which experience they are in and whether they are in a control group.
